Good quality

I got this webcam cause it seemed like a good quality webcam. The video quality is good but I find the mic often stops working and I have to unplug it from my computer and reconnect it. If anyone has any solutions to this I will change the rating to 5 stars.Update: They have sent a replacement camera that is working great.

For the price this is a great camera. Integrated with teams very well. Had problems with using it with Zoom. Installation setting issue.

First thing first, i thought this N500 camera (as indicated in the ad) would be an upgraded variation of the N5 that you can find by many other vendors with "average" results. In fact, the camera i received WAS an N5.So here we go with the complaints (which are the same as with other N5s) : it flickers when connected to USB3, it has noticeable distortion in the corners (there is no reason to have wide-angle if the both ends are distorted). Sound and image not synchronised.The quality of the image is fine, and it's acceptable in low-light situation. Auto-focus is not bad. But when you move in front of it, it become blurry very much. You then notice there is a lot of post-processing inside, and the processor is not fast enough. So don't move too much!So, it's not all bad for 50$. As long as you expect to get what you pay for.

bought two, very good for the kids attending virtual school.it is simple, just plug, and it works.Even works without restarting the computer or program.
