I bought this for my mom since she loves eating blue corn meal as a breakfast cereal. She said the quality is excellent and tastes just like it’s fresh from New Mexico.

I prefer this cornmeal over every other I've tried. It has great flavor, texture and it cooks up so well whether I'm making cornbread, fish or blue pancakes/waffles

This will be great for tortillas, and more supple because of the finer grind as well.

Hard if not impossible to find in this town and expensive online but this offer was the lowest price for a smaller package. So problems solved!!

I try a lot of new foods and spices, and sometimes I just can't get them to work. So far I have not been able to get this product NOT to work. it is yummy in every form I have tried it in. I have no idea what I am doing with it and it turns every dish into something earthy yet exotic. A great discovery for my kitchen! Will buy again.

I purchased this product because I tried Blue Tortillas on a trip to Mexico a long time ago and wanted to recreate it at home. It is very a tasty product and if you happen to find it, not on Amazon, don't hesitate and get it. The $10.00 price it is an abuse, I was able to find the same product at my local Walmart for $1.95.
