Noticed an improvement
An improvement to my bowels noticed after starting this. I started on one per day for three months but now take two a day

contains the right supplements in one tablet.
There are 2 of us in this household going through the change and it is interesting comparing these products between us to see how we each benefit. We have both felt a slight reduction of symptoms since we have been taking supplements and none have returned or got worse since we have moved over to these. Which I belive indicates they are beneficial. As when I stop taking supplements my symptoms are noticibly worse. These contain the ingredients we know help with our symptoms, they aren't really high dose when you have to take 2 tablets so get the dosage stated in the blurb. I think this makes the price a bit steep when I compare to some others we have had. Multivitamins can be found really cheaply, but it sometimes seems that adding a label like the word menopause to any combination bumps the price up That being said it is easier to have the main supplements in one product so this delivers in that regard.

treat myself well during perimenopause period
I am stepping into the radar of the menopause stage and some symptoms start to appear. I need to treat myself well to get prepare for it. Taking supplements is one of the ways to prep myself. This one is a one-month supply to intake 2 tablets per day. They are in a capsule state and are easy to swallow. It is Vegan safe and Gluten free which makes it suitable for most of the people. No side effects so far and feeling great.
