No instructions provided. No clue how to use the black strap piece. No clue when to use each item (work, rest, sleep, etc). The extra arch support and gel heal both are helpful.

Quick delivery great packaging -- a bit tight-fitting (my feet are really big) but helpful in dealing with my heel pain. The gel heel cushion is my favorite piece in the pack.

Shipped fast! My boyfriend has had many problems with plantar fasciitis in the past, and while this is no cure, it helps him enough to allow him to work with less pain in his feet! We are both very pleased with the products.

I have been using for the past week and my heel pain from working 10 hour days on my feet has reduced tremendously. The wraps are way better than ace bandage and help your feet breath. The socks are snug and keep my arches in place .I will buy again

Good for about 2 weeks then the compression foot sleeves came apart at the seams. I'm very disappointed as these compression socks are very effective at relieving most of the pain from my plantar fasciitis. I only needed them for my left foot so I would switch them out when washing them. I will continue to search for a similar product that will not fall apart right away.Here is my breakdown of the items that come with this purchase:- The compression foot sleeves were awesome and helped A LOT until they both came apart at the seams and frayed to the point of uselessness.- The gel heel was ineffective for my needs. However, if you are looking for something to keep the skin on your heels soft these will be perfect.- The black and green cushion arch support is decent and seems well constructed but doesn't give me the comfort that the compression sock gives me. I will still wear them because they are better than nothing.- The therapy wrap seems well constructed but I cannot wear it for very long because for it to be effective it needs to be tight and when worn tight it begins to dig into the skin.- The black and red heel cushions were totally ineffective for me.

Great Price for what you get. I have only found a couple of the items helpful thus far. But like I said initially. Worth the price.
