easy to install & are great for my running shoes
Very easy to install - used instructions shown on amazon product listing.I wasn't sure how well these would work for my On Running shoes because of the islets which are made of string loops -- just wasn't sure if these would tighten down nicely but I am happy to report that they are very snug and stay snug all during my run.I just purchased these & received them and installed them and took my first run and they are fantastic. These shoes came with regular laces and one time I only single tied them and went for a run. Those regular laces came loose half way through my run. It was terrible. After that I started double-tying them and that was terrible each time I tried to untie them. With these RJ Sport elastic no-tie laces I am ready to run instantly.Just stick my foot in and go. You can easily adjust how tight or loose they are too. But, once you get them set you never have to mess with them again. And, my shoes look 10X better with these versus the laces they came with.Really great and a fair price. Will be buying more for other shoes.

Perfect laces
First I'll say these make getting my work shoes on and off very easy. My previous pair of these laces lasted 2 year before replacing so they are durable. If you know how to tie shoes these are easy enough to install. As for some of the reviews saying the end cap comes off or the slider moves freely they didn't read the instructions that make it very clear how to install these laces. There is a review video of someone putting the clip on reversed and complaining it won't close even with pliers...its cause they're doing it backwards. So if you can follow basic instructions and have a bit a common sense these laces are very comfortable and easy to use and adjust.

A 50% difference in my shoe's comfort!
So far, I have bought three pair of these, because the first pair was so good I couldn't help myself. Now I know that we all don't need ANOTHER review, but again, I couldn't help myself! :)I have been looking at these for awhile now, and it was only the other day that I decided to try them, I'm glad that I did. Not only did these work, they work very well. The FIRST PAIR (white) was for a brand new pair of Adidas walking shoes, they felt O.K., but with these, it made them REALLY comfortable! I walked on my treadmill and it made quite the difference. To say I was impressed, well, I was.I'd rate the comfort in these shoes as a 6 out of 10, (with 10 being best) but, it's the shoe, not the laces, I think, I'll get back to you on that if I find something different. The SECOND PAIR I bought was for an older pair of "tennis shoes" (that's what we call call them in Texas) that were really still very nice, even though they are probably around 15 years old. I rarely wear them, only to run out real fast, or something, the reason was that I bought them a size too small. I wear a 9-1/2 and these were a size 9...Anyway, they kind of hurt my feet if I wore them too long, hence why I rarely wear them, so after I put on my new GREY color shoe laces!(A guy in a Review above me complained because there were no grey colored ones, well, they do have them)These laces made such a HUGE difference that it was at least a 50 increase in comfort, I can only guess that since they were slightly too small, these stretch laces allowed my foot to expand horizontally, hence my newfound comfort. I just walked 30 minutes on my treadmill and they were perfect! I now not only have a comfortable shoes, I actually gained a new pair of shoes! :)I would rate these a 9 out of 10, I'd give them a 10 but I don't have enough use to really rate them. I love 'em though! So, today my THIRD PAIR arrived, they are for my hiking boots (that I never hike in), I just wear them everywhere. While the laces were very comfortable, this pair did not make me scream with joy, I liked it, a lot, but it was not a huge difference.I'd rate these at a 8 out of 10, again, I am unsure of the longevity, but my initial trial is that these are going to be good. The GOOD THING though is, I can slip on, and off, ALL of my shoes with ease, and that to me is a really good thing.I read a lot of complaints about how the snap closure doesn't work well, I found that to not be true in my case. You need to understand how they work, then you can make them work. You need to make sure that the lace is nowhere in the way of the snap, if it is, it won't close properly. Also, if you screw up, and I did, you can undo the snap by using a ball-point pen or something semi-pointed that is not sharp that you can poke into the end of it, that releases it. You can then try snapping them again, it ought to work fine. It makes an audible CLICK! when snapped correctly. For the people that lose them, I would almost bet that they never had them snapped correctly in the first place.Makes sure that you do your part correctly because these seem to be made very well and I can sure see how someone that isn't good at these things could have trouble. I had a little trouble on my first one, so I can relate. One more thing. I have also read Reviews where people say they they BROKE while tying them. Broke? Tying them? You don't need to tie them, you rarely need to pull on them if you install them correctly. These are designed to be a looser fit than a regular shoelace, and, they DO NOT need tying, not even a little bit. Look at the pictures, that will show you what you need to make yours look like. The way I have mine done there will be no way that I can ever break my laces, there are no knots, not tangles, no nothing to make it ever snap or break. If you adjust yours quite a bit I can see that wear can happen, but that would take a long while, I would think.Just something to think about. :)I know this is long, probably no one will ever read it, but In felt I needed to say how well these are! :)I'll be back for a report on how well they did after some time, just to make sure that I'm not giving credit if they are not what I said they were..

Good quality and easy to install
This product came with very simple instructions. It was easy to follow and I even made a mistake on my first try but the instructions told me clearly how to undo the clasp. I was able to put both laces on easily. I will be buying this product again for my other two shoes. These were used for my running shoes.

Seem to work well for me
Bought these for my work shoes because I have to slip them on and off a lot and can’t be bothered to have to tie the laces every time. They arrived quickly and the instructions were easy to follow to get them on the shoes. So far they seem to work great and I would buy them again.

Shortage of shoelace end clamps in each of the 6 boxes I ordered.
Once I got them put in life was good but it was not without some effort especially having to push down on the spring latch to get the shoelaces through. A small pair of pliers did the trick. I'm only giving 3 stars because out of all the 6 boxes I ordered there was a shortage of shoelace end clamps for each lace. There should of been 4 end clamps in each box but all the boxes I got only came with 2 or 3. I had to use a clamp from another box to finish the laces.

RJ Sport elastic shoe laces
Excellent! Easy to install. Best ones I've tried to date. I hate bending over to tie my shoes. Lower back pain makes it difficult. These allow the shoes to slip on fairly easily. great price too.
