xs fits like a girl's size 12
I ordered this as part of a costume for my 9 year old daughter. The XS fit her well and she is a normal girl's size 12.

You get what you pay for.
Quality wise, you get what you pay for. It was a bit too small in the arm area and rides up in the armpit. Not happy with this at all.
