Police issues in today's society is a hard story to tell right now but Janice Cantore did an amazing job. This book was riveting from the first paragraph. The growth and depth of the characters kept you in the story. She tackled current issues in a fictional way that not only made you think but exam what life would be life if we disbanded police forces.Looking forward to reading more of Cantore's books.

A great book that could be straight from headlines. The story was riveting, the characters real, the police procedure insightful and on point giving the story greater authenticity. The ending was fairly satisfying though I wish it had carried through a wee bit more with the cold case. Blessings upon your endeavors, Janice!

I truly enjoyed this book. It was like something right out of today’s news. Very easy to get lost in the story! Highly recommend! Looking forward to another book by this author.

Janice Cantore has written a story about today's law enforcement that could have come off current news. If anyone can tell a well written story about law enforcement, it is Janice Cantore. She writes stories about current events involving law enforcement and at the same time writes about God and faith in the law enforcement profession. Janice Cantore knows how police are because she was in law enforcement for many years herself. I highly recommend this book if you like crime and truth.

Very exciting police action. Two great main characters, Gabe Fox and Dani Grace are faced with a force of community riots and a move to disband the police in their hometown. Full of unpredictable suspense and action this one will keep you turning pages long into the night.
