These bands are quite small but have a great stretch. I wanted to get small ones because I purchased these for my 6 year old who gets car sick. They fit his tiny little wrists perfectly, but these will also stretch and fit around my wrists as well and I am a bigger girl. You will have compression marks left from these but that is the point. They are supposed to hold the little button thing pressed against your pressure point to help prevent motion sickness. These were a great price and you get a great amount of bands with many different color options. I will update as my son uses these over many car rides as to their effectiveness and seeing as it is summer time and we are currently having 100 plus degree weather, I will update on how hot or sweaty these bands are as well.

If you have big wrists and are used to wearing sea band products, you need to know that these are made much thicker and are a bit tighter. They dont have much movement so they can cause some pain if worn for a long period of time such as if you need them for pregnancy, medication side effects or how i just got off a cruise and my wrists were happy to not have them on a daily basis.

Very comfortable perfect size good for morning sickness or if you get motion sicknesss

I have a super tiny wrist, about 2.25 inches wide so I figured all the reviews about these being "tight" were irrelevant to me. I was WRONG. After placing this device on my wrist for 2-3 minutes, I could already see lines that were left behind. I was worried I would lose circulation in my wrist and the lines show that wearing for a longer period would cause just that. Conveniently, these are unable to be returned through amazon's return policy (because it says it's an ingestible product!) so any terrible product is yours to keep forever for the price you are willing to gamble. Don't gamble on this one.

I bought these for a cruise we recently took. My sister In Law got motion sickness on the last cruise we took. We all wore a band on each wrist and no one got sea sick. Not sure if that was due to the band use, phycological or just because. The price was right though.

As long as the pressure point bead is on the right part of my wrist, it's actually helped me manage my motion sickness. I was pretty skeptical at first, but I thought "nothing else is working. I might as well try it" as long as you're not dealing with somebody who's driving like a psychopath, these should help ease motion sickness.

I wanted some new sickness bands after the elastic on my old ones wore out (6 years old). And these had such nice colours so I thought why not.These bands work so well helping with my nausea due to a medical condition, and are also great with my son’s car sickness. The bands fit well on both our wrists so the size is perfect for my whole family. Great value for money with it being 10 pairs in the pack.They are easy to use just follow the instruction on the back and ensure you’re placing them correctly in your inner wrist. I often see people online who don’t wear them correctly. Also a tip for people, once in the right place on the wrist, if you get a sudden wave of nausea you should push down with your thumb (of your other hand) on to the white button in the wristband, and take slow deep breaths. Using the pressure point under the band to help relieve any symptoms.These bands are ideal for pregnant women, motion and travel sickness, those with medical related nausea and upset tummies. I know because I’ve worn them for all of the above. And I’m so glad I finally have some new colours to match with my daily outfits. Great product (when worn correctly so please check!).

Ich muss ja sagen, dass ich diesen Armbändern gegenüber zunächst skeptisch war. Jedoch hat sich herausgestellt, dass auf der 10h Fahrt in den Urlaub keinem Kind übel geworden ist und mir auch nicht.Eins hat sich bei einer anderen Fahrt geweigert es zu tragen und kurz danach wurde es ihr schlecht und sie musste sich übergeben.Also wie auch immer es funktioniert, es funktioniert einfach und ich kann diese Armbänder wirklich nur weiterempfehlen, besonders für das wenige Geld. Da kann man es wirklich mal probieren.

Es hilft wirklich. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Wir hatten es die ganze Autofahrt nach Kroatien 🇭🇷 getragen. Uns war es nicht einmal schlecht.Meine Tochter (12jahre) ist begeistert.
