These are very tasty and have been a great addition to my red lentil breads and buns. I use them inside many of my breads and on top. I've also incorpoarte some into my protein bars. Another thing I use this for, is to toast in a skillet with 4 or 5 other types of seeds. Then, I keep in a covered container in the fridge and use the toasted seeds to go on my Asian dishes, yogurt, avacado toast and a bunch of other things. Sourced from China, the seeds are clean and good-looking. There is no package statement as to whether any testing has been performed on the seeds. Because although they taste well and appear to be of high quality, I am hopefully not deceiving myself by ingesting heavy metals or applied poisons.
