For you fiber noobs that all insist this cable is not armored, please stop. This cable is so flexible I think people that are not familiar with fiber technology today present their assumptions in these reviews as fact. If they can’t prove it ignore them. I however have taken a knife to a brand new cable bought on this very Amazon listing and included proof. 😆 it’s well built, armored with metal and has the Kevlar “angel hair” covering the metal with a nice rubber final sheath. You can almost bend it in half, you know what let me get proof of that too with power readings in a video!! Good purchase, I almost let the noob reviewers talk me out of it, glad I didn’t.

I'm running 50 feet of this side by side with AT&T's outdoor fiber, on a cable tray on the attic, through some conduit, into an L-bend, down into a closet.I appreciate this for how flexible it is, making it easy to work with. I think the cable company stuff is more durable and is designed to be going from utility poles. But for my application, it seems tough enough as long as over time the outer sheath stands up to elevated attic temperatures.

This cable and a coupler and I was able to move my AT&T Fiber from the first floor to my office, ran through conduit and walls, very tough it was a real PITA to get down 2 floors of conduit (with existing cables, wouldn't recommend)
