Energy without any jitters.
I am 40 years old and a regular gym goer . I do weights 3 to 4 times a week with cardio 2 to 3 times a week. I play pickup basketball on the weekends. Recently I have experienced serious energy loss and recovery has really been prolonged between tough workouts. With this product in the first 3 days I felt stronger, and more awake. My muscles still get sore of course but recovery time is cut in half. I've been on it for a month and i have gained a little in muscle and lost some fat in my mid section. I highly recommend.

Don’t feel like it works

Solid product
I cannot say for certain that this works as I am taking it with tonkat Ali but I have noticed a difference while working out. My recovery time seems much better and it appears my muscles are looking a bit better. Easy to swallow and cheap for 90 servings. Would buy again!

This really works
I started taking this because my other brand was out on Amazon. I will say I am very very impressed, with the outcome. I am 70 years old and you know muscle tone tone starts leaving us. After I started taking it I did not notice anything in the beginning except for added energy. I started getting great muscle tone and my Grandson could not believe what was happening to me. Every time he sees me he always talks about my muscles. I do exercise my arms, but being disabled limits me to vigorous exercise for my legs. But I can say I am getting stronger in them. I will definitely buy this again, again and again. I have had no side affects, except for more muscles.

It's inexpensive, but doesn't seem to work
I have taken this Turkesterone product for a month, as directed, for cardio and resistance training. I started out with one capsule per day and did not notice anything, then I tried taking two capsules per day. I have not noticed any differences in my workouts, mood, endurance, or recovery time. The price is good; but the product doesn't seem to work.
