This is the most relatable book I’ve ever read. I’m new to self help books and this is one of the first few I’ve challenged myself to read. The way it’s written, the graphics, the content: CHEFS KISS🤌 Truly have no idea how this book hasn’t got more reviews, I’d recommend everyone to read it, even if you’re happy! I discovered stressors that I didn’t even know I had while reading this so I’m able to combat my subconscious problems too. Thank you so much to the author for sharing your knowledge. BUY THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!!

What a beautiful bookSo inspiring and beautifully writtenI’ve felt so lost personally the last few years struggling to make the positive changes in my life due feeling stuckThe introduction had me sobbing knowing how grief can impact us so much, it makes you rethink every part of your life and though it’s the most painful experience you can ever endure our loved ones leave a profound everlasting love that you can only take joy from.There are lots of tools and examples in this little book of joy to help getting your sparkle backIn this modern life we can loose ourselves and loose our joy 🌸

Great advice to live by!
Really enjoyed Choose Joy. It's a wonderful book full of so much wisdom for living your most fulfilling life. It's full of exercises to get you to figure out your purpose in life, and just feels like self-care as you read it! Would recommend for sure. ✨

Accessible nuggets of joy!
Cliff’s way of weaving proven positive psychology practice into easy-to-follow actions is perfect, if like me, you know you can’t commit a lot of time to something new. Choose Joy is quick and easy to read, filled with positivity and simple areas to focus on to improve wellbeing and… well, Joy!I’d really recommend anyone give this a read, it’s very lovely (and looks great too)!

Amazing!
Sophie is incredible at teaching you how to find joy in every day and how to inject positivity into your daily life. This book is written in such an easy to digest and friendly way with practical guidance of how to implement small changes to make every day more joyful, specific to you. Hopefully just the start of many more books to come!

This book is packed full of practical, evidence based tools to make positive changes in your life. It’s beautifully illustrated and would make a great gift!

Loved the book!Gives a variety of easy, accessible and evidence based ways to create joy everyday.It’s lovely to read through, but also as a ‘pick me up’ type book too. Looking forward to incorporating my different parts of the book into my own life :)

A ray of sunshine
This is one of the most accessible, relatable books about overcoming burnout I've ever come across. I love all of the journaling prompts, practical tips (which you can tell the author really does live by), and personal stories that remind you you're not alone. Lovely book 🧡💜

Wonderful book!
I’ve been following Sophie and her work since the beginning of the Joyful Coach and I was delighted to hear that she had written a book!Choose Joy is very well researched and written, full of practical tips and good ideas, it is a very useful book and not of those that you just leave on the shelf and never open… and it’s oh so pretty as well!Well done Sophie!
