I’m new to this and accidentally added a drop of fertilizer to my 2 months old bonsai tree without mixing with water, will it kill my bonsais?

Hello and thank you for your inquiry. This will be no issue at all. Just add water to the top of the soil and it will help dispel any high concentrations. Luckily this particular fertilizer is weaker, purposefully so, because Bonsai have smaller root systems. Had this been a 20:20:20 NPK, then yes it would have killed your Bonsai. Can this be used with newly grown bonsai trees?

Hello. Excellent question. Yes, this can definitely be used on new and older Bonsai alike. It is formulated specifically for all Bonsai. One caveat though - Only use fertilizer during the growing season (Spring & Summer). I would advise moving to 0:10:10 for Fall & Winter. The reason being, Bonsai will go dormant or semi-dormant during the colder seasons, you do not want to be feeding it and trying to make it grow while it is resting/dormant.
