Incredibly easy to use! Makes a statement for bourbon drinkers with great flavors included in the kit! GET ONE!

I was actually very disappointed with this item because the torch was faulty. The switch was stuck and I was unable to fill it with butane. As a result, I had to use my large propane torch. I mentioned this issue to the seller. I did not wish to return the item and I did not ask for any compensation. Within minutes, I received a message informing me that the entire purchase price was being refunded. The true measure of any merchant is not that their product might be defective, but how they respond to their customer's concerns. I could not ask for better service.

I used this product for make drinks and the smoke is not coming out. The flamer is not working properly although it was full of propane.

I gave this to my hubby for our anniversary and he loves it! He has wanted one of these for so long and this one is affordable AND is really nice. The packaging was important to me because it was a gift and the box is classy. Amazon shipped it in a bag (not ideal) but it held up! Just remember to buy butane because it isn't included - but that's no biggy. I will definitely stock up on these for Christmas presents :)
