Belt does not come with any real instructions. Small cardboard wrap around the belt has some small writing on it if you don’t have 60 +year old vision like I do.But the belt was easy to adjust. A little trial and error to get it where I wanted since the belt does stretch. Once adjusted though, it works great. Easy on easy off. Belt material is fairly stiff which I need since I carry concealed. The belt supports the weight well so far. Let’s see how it’s doing in a few months.

Adjusts for perfect fit. Belt "buckle" is very attractive. Even though it is labeled as men's, it suits me perfectly. And is fast to open and close.
