So far so good. The iron I'm not a fan of, but I'm used to using my weller. However, it's not too bad. For this price you can't go wrong.So dmfar ive used this maybe 3 or 4 times a weeks; light use, about an hour. Just recently used it for around 9 hours to help de populate a board for a alot of components and it held up quite well . I can say that if I could go back I would've spent the extra $40- $60 for the rework station that has the device that can grab a and pick up the components you're desoldering or soldering. Ithe looked like a small vacuum.

The product looks good and seems well made. Maybe I got a defective unit?Sad, I tried to reflow some solder on a circuit board, and kept turning up the temperature, and finally at maximum heat setting the solder finally melted, but just barely. I got my IR thermometer and tested at the head of the heating element at max setting and it registered around 220F or around 105C. This is not what is advertised and I don't feel confident that replacing the product would be much better. Maybe I will have to spend a lot more money to get a hot air soldering station that really works well.

The soldering iron broke very soon after purchasing. Heat gun still works.
