Millennia Colors 6-Inch Curved Boning Knife, Green

I bought the 6 inch boning knife in green. It’s not quite as flexible as I had hoped, not like a filet knife, but it does a great job of boning chicken, and there’s no slip, even when your hands get covered in chicken fat. Nice weight, nice fit, these are great knives. (And lo and behold it matches the Mercer chef’s knife I bought in a restaurant supply store 6 years ago! That is the best knife I’ve ever had, bc it sharpens so well, has never failed me yet. And that chef knife has been my only knife until now! So I really recommend this brand!!) Damn good knives, these Mercers, and I grew up with one of those $400 fancy sets and they aren’t as good as these are. Highly recommend this brand.

This is a great knife. It is razor sharp stainless steel, and is great for boning chicken, pork chops etc. It is wickedly sharp, especially at the tip, which I discovered after being a bit too blaze' with it and pocking a hole into my finger. I love this knife!

Wow what a nice knife. Perfectly balanced and ergonomically designed handle; and the blade, it is sooooo sharp. Shortly after receiving it I put it to work boning and cutting up a couple pounds of chicken thighs. I boned, skinned and chunked the chicken in no time. This is the very best boning knife I have ever owned. Did I mention how sharp it is! If you buy it you won't be dissapointed.

Use this knife for breaking down and boning out beef, lamb, pork, etc pretty solid knife for the price only complaint I would have is breaking down beef knife handle can get greasy and makes it kind of hard to hold onto but holds edge decently. For the price preforms better than I expected.

Work well

This knife is extremely sharp and works well for what it is designed for. Used it the first time to spatchcock a turkey for Thanksgiving. since then I have used it to make chicken wings, boneless country style Asian pork ribs, and debone chicken breasts. I am amazed and how well it works and I would have to say it is the sharpest knife in my kitchen arsenal. It slices through meat with relative ease. Use with extreme caution!!!

Extremely sharp right out of the package! I feed raw food to my dogs. I prepped a 10 pound bag of leg quarters in no time right after I unboxed it. It feels good in my hand and the addition of the rubberized grip kept it firmly there. I go through about 50-60 pounds of meet a week feeding multiple Danes. We'll see how it holds of over time. I bought a Victorinox a couple weeks ago and have already sharpened it several times. This one is shaper out of the package.

Bought this to use for trimming meat for my smoker. The grip on the handle is awesome, came sharp as could be and has held its edge great for the price. Easy to sharpen up with a pull through sharpener. Will absolutely buy more of these in the future!

Sharp, comfortable, easy to handle, and a great value. I bought it because it was recommended by Nazeem the butcher on TikTok. So far I have used it exclusively for deboning chicken thighs. It does a great job. For sure I will be buying more Mercer knives. Highly recommend.
