These work great, just don't get the water too hot otherwise they melt very quickly. Works great and all you have to get is the whitening gel.

molds
I bought the 3 pair molding kits to whiten my teeth and lets say it was not an easy task. I had trouble molding them. i went thought 2 pairs before i kinda made the best mold.
