I bought this for biking and jogging. For biking this is perfect, sits comfortably, holds 2L of water, my cell phone, and two side pockets for snacks. (In my case that is peanuts and berries). For hiking the 2L limit is fine but for jogging I would recommend only filling the pouch up to 500mL or 1L tops as to not add additional weight or pressure on your neck and shoulders. This is my personal experience.The quality is great, no leaking as well and the material feels like it will hold up against the test of time.purchased for $40 and comes with a nice micro fiber sweat blanket.Overall: Comfortable, reliable, efficient and incredible value.

This is a comfortable and durable little bag for the price. The water bladder tastes very plastic after just a couple hours of water sitting in it though, so I will buy a better quality bladder from a different brand. Still this saved me the money of the very expensive similar bags from the other big brands.

I use this bag all the time and its amazing! The water bag combined with my bottle cage gives me enough water to ride for 4-5 hours. The bag itself is good quality and is very sleek/thin. However, a drawback of this is lack of storage space. There are 3 small pockets where you can store a phone, and a small snack, but thats about all. For the price this is a great bag!

The overall design is great. The only drawback in my opinion is how slow the suction tube dispenses water from the water bladder. I had to suck really hard to get only a few sips. At this rate it will take awhile to re hydrate.

release your hand, no need to put water in pocket or in hand. and it is light weight, much comfortable. and come with the water battle is so convenient.
