very nice for your back (and legs and arms as well)
I used this since mid-January for my back, and it is very nice.I just put this on the back of the chair when I am awake, and put this on my back when I go to bed.First, it kind of hurt because the material is hard, but as you use it more, you will get used to it. The best thing is that my back feels A LOT BETTER now. Also, you can use this for a backache, but I also use this as massage my legs and arms after the exercise. Since it has handles, it is nice to use it. :)Thank you :)

Massages made easy! I use for lumbar support
It’s amazing for massages. Makes giving hubby a back massage very easy and I don’t have to put in a lot of effort. Also if you have rheumatic disease, nerve issues and/or tendinitis and need lower back support... it’s awesome to use as a lumbar pillow while sleeping. Might sound crazy but it pushes against the pain relieving instantly and I sleep like an angel. You can flip it for a flat hard lumbar pillow but I like the prongs in my back lol

Works good
Helped relieve my neck pain. Better instructions would have been nice.

Worth Every Single Penny!
Pleasantly surprised at how effective this has been in keeping my back and neck loose. I have had chronic back pain my entire life and so I've been treating it with massages, chiropractors, anti-inflammatories, physical therapy, etc. for 30+ years. If you share this experience, then you know how costly all of that can be.When I purchased this my back and hip were pretty locked up and I was in a lot of pain. Before this I used one of those three prong massagers to help work out the areas or I would lay on the ground and use it similarly to how you use this product. Well, after 10+ years the thing finally broke and I came across this and another product with same concept. This product was much cheaper and apparently the "Doctor's" brand is owned by a doctor who belongs to Scientology.Wasn't a difficult decision for me between the two and freaking LOVE it. I use it pretty much every night for a few minutes to release and relax muscles. I've noticed this maintenance has help prevent my usual locked up and painful back condition. Is the pain gone completely? No, it likely never will be, but this is definitely saving me 100s of dollars just to be able to function normally and live my life. It's also really sold and not thin cheap plastic and I really appreciate the long handles. It makes it so much easier to readjust the position of the tool and move it up and down your body, where needed without having to get up.10/10 would buy again.

Works great
This thing works great. You do have to get creative with how to use it, but that's the beauty of it. I had a horrible kink in my neck and back. I ordered this for next-day shipment and I literally tore the box open to try it out, I was so desperate. Started out with it on the floor, which worked well, but it's so blasted hard for me to get up off the floor, I knew I couldn't keep that up. So I placed it on the back of the couch and shifted it around with my hands, hitting one trigger spot after another. It took a couple of days of using it, but it worked. Great tool.

Life saver
This thing is the SH*T! I have tried so many tools, so many useless massage therapists and this is the best solution to back and neck pain. It's a little tough to reach the shoulders but it can be done. I've relieved headaches and back pain. No they're not totally gone but it's a survival tool when the worst pain episodes occur and for daily therapy to keep you moving. So much better than those other tools. Whoever said Dr. Berg's tool is better must work for him. I can't see anything being better than this. And I never ever write good reviews unless I really love a product, and I am a very demanding customer -- or merely intolerant of the millions of crap items out there. Thanks Asia for this one.
