Does the job well
Once I learned how Presta fittings work, I was able to use the adapters (the picture is misleading because the package does NOT include Presta's, only the adapters and valve covers). Loosen up the Presta and screw on the adapter. Did not really need the valve covers, but they are an attractive addition to the bike.

It all works and was reasonably cheap
The extra valve caps were just a bonus and don't really match my bike colorwise but I still like the way that they look and they're durable/harder to lose than the original plastic caps (I had dropped one of the plastic caps on asphalt and accidentally stepped on it which cracked it, and it was very hard to find against the asphalt/ have lost them in dirt as well). I used the schrader adapters to connect my compressor/reseat my tubeless tires and didn't have any issues w/ it.

Nice caps & adapter.
The caps look great and best of all they do not crack and fall off like the plastic ones. Adapter works, but be careful not to bend the presta stem. I keep one in the bag in case I need to use a gas station air pump.

Prefer a new pump both standard and presto / but will keep these available for travel emergencies

Worked as described
I mistakenly ordered an inner tube with a Presta valve for my bike. I bought this adapter so I could use the tube and in case I ever again needed to fill a Presta valves tire. Worked perfectly.
