I have a wide variety of home gym equipment. Added this to my collection of crossropes and battle rope. Weighed this on our kitchen scale and it came in at 1lb 4oz. Can’t imagine getting a rope much lighter. This is the right weight and feel for me and so far makes it very easy to learn from. I am 5 ft 5 inches and I made one big knot on each side. I would suggest making only one knot per side if you can as this will cause less frustration as you get the feel. Put the knot up about 2-3 inches from the top hand knot to keep your rope clean from obstructions. This eliminates the rope getting bound up with knots hitting each other and you will have a better time learning how to keep the flow moving. I will add a bit of gorilla glue to the plastic rope end protectors to keep them from moving. I learned the matador in about 30 minutes and it is a fun move that will also crossover to my jump rope sessions. So much fun when the rope is rolling and you stop thinking. I don’t think this will touch jump rope, battle rope, or hitt style rowing for calorie burn but I think the mind wellness part of the flow rope is far superior. And it is a great anytime boredom buster or warm up. The cost of this rope is fantastic and you can’t go wrong as a starter until you know if this is something you will want to do longer term. I recieved it pretty fast. It is better than I expected. It is thick but very flexable and soft. It is easy to move around. It is heavy enough to feel like you are exercising.

It’s a nice rope overall and the weight feels good. As a beginner, I don’t have any experience to compare the rope to. I can say that other rope feels nice but I think the end caps could be better. The end caps are plastic and seem like they will eventually fall off. I am not sure when they do, if the rope will gray or not. Also, I received the rope and a carrying bag but no instructions. There are brief tutorials if you look at the product page on Amazon very closely . But it would have been nice to have some instructions on set up or reference to a place where we can find the tutorials easily. The price point seems to be on par with other flow ropes.

Great rope feels good in hands. I am just a beginner with rope flow but this rope is great for a first rope. Recommend others give it a try completely satisfied.

I recently moved out to the San Diego area, and have been looking into new ways to be active outdoors and I came across “Ropeflow” online and found “The moment rope” and it fit what I was looking for. It has been a new and fun way to move my body, to get outdoors, and practice something that is both mentally and physically engaging; all while being super low-impact and joint friendly (I’m almost 40 so the fact it’s easy on my joints is a big plus)! It’s really helped with some shoulder pain and soreness I’ve had and I can already tell a difference after only a couple of weeks of using the rope. I am super excited to keep working with the moment rope and developing some of the higher skill movements. I looked them up on instagram and online and they have a lot of videos and tutorials that have given me new ideas and techniques to use. The rope itself is very high quality, and I can tell that it’s not going to wear out on me anytime soon. The shipping was quick and painless!

This is quite a bit better than the other beginner rope I purchased from Alphanzie. The rope I received is 1.22 lbs which provides a good bit more feedback without being too heavy for starting out. Slightly looser weave but not too much so. Softer and excellent feel. Really nice rope for the money. I've since made my own ropes out of marine tie rope and they wind up being nicer and even more affordable, but this AxioFit is the best I've seen in terms of cost/quality for a pre-made rope here on Amazon. 4 star rope, but I'm rounding up to 5 stars because many others offered here are much less quality for about the same cost. This one is a stand-out.

Amazon was the only place I could find a flow rope. This weight works perfectly for me. Pricey but if you're going to take flow rope seriously, it's worth it. Darn good exercise that is fun, unique, and allows your creativity to flow!
