Is this mouthguard supposed to be soft and rubbery? And this guard makes me gag hard when I bite down on it. Is there any way to fix that?

My mouthguard did not come with a case, is this normal? It looks like all the other buyers got one

I think it gives you the option to buy one for extra couple of dollars they are pretty Good in respond to all your needs I believe it was about 5.95 it just a standard mouth piece cover the owner are great they try to help as much as possible

Does it take a mold if the bottom teeth to sit right? Or does it just take the top teeth mold?
