But this might create problems for some users. Because it depends on your ears structure.Because this design sometimes doesn’t fit all ears. So do visit a local store or if any of your friend has this type of designed earbuds, do try those & then decide to buy or not.Personally it fits in my ears properly but the design is quite awkward, which when I use it for longer hours or while sleeping then it starts to prick my ears.Also, both buds & case are made up of plastic - but good quality plastic with a glossy finish.(Rating 3.5 to 4 out of 5)Sound Quality:So the music quality is pretty balanced - So the base, treble & vocals are clear.Nothing extraordinaryBut yes definitely you can tweak its sound by using mobile or app equalizers (Rating 3.5 to 4 out of 5)So listening to music on Spotify, amazon music, youtube, or jiosaavn & watching movies or web series on ott apps was fun. Dialogues were clear - no issue in the same.Call quality:- Yes you can hear the voice of the caller clearly & how the caller gets to hear is also clear with a little bit of background noise, but it's the same with every TWS earphones which are around this price. So nothing to worry on the same. (Rating 3.5 to 4 out of 5)Mic quality: is good (Rating 3.5 to 4 out of 5)Gaming Latency Test: No its not for GamingIn brief - there is latency in gaming, so if you are a pro gamer it's not for you. But yes, for casual gaming & games like candy crush where, to the point sound or sound delay does not matter, in that case you can use them.I tried playing Asphalt 8, Apex Legends Mobile & BGMI & found that you get the sound of enemies coming from whichever side, but with some delay. So they are not ment for gaming.So if you want these specially for gaming then don’t consider these.About touch Controls:They are good & you get instructions manual in the box - so it's easier to understand the touch controls for the buds.This time mivi has provide a small indend on the earbuds, so that you can identify were to touch buds for touch controls to work efficiently.You can play, pause, stop, forward, backward songs as well as videos on youtube or ott apps. Also in any music appsAnd for calls - You can Pick, End or Reject calls.Also, you can tap 3 times on any earbuds to activate voice assistant.It also has volume controls on the buds - by touching & holding left side of the earbuds you can enhance its volume & to reduce the volume do the same with right side of the earbuds.Battery Life & Charging:So claimed battery life on a full charge is around 50+ hours including case- but it depends on your usage, at what volume you listen to music, or how many calls you make or receive in a day.So we can say for heavy usage you can get around 30 hrs of playback time& for lite users, you might get 35-40 hrs of battery life (all with case)Charging time is around 2 hrs from 20 to 100%, which is okDo note that please use under 15W charger for battery safety. Otherwise in long run your battery might get worn out early.Colors: Mint Green, Space Green, Blue, Black & WhiteSo Final Verdict:Yes, overall a good product from the Made in India brand - I would definitely recommend this to you - if you are interested to buy tws under 1000 (on sales days) or under 1500. But as i said earlier do check its design if it fits your ears & are you comfortable with those, then go for it.Overall rating: 4 out of 5 for the price it comes at.Happy Shopping…!!!

I purchased these earbuds with high hopes, but after just six months of use, one of the earbuds stopped working. I was reassured by the one-year warranty that came with the product, but my experience with the customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare.When I first encountered the issue, I immediately reached out to the customer care department for assistance. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of an incredibly frustrating journey. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through various channels, including email and phone calls, I received absolutely no response.It is incredibly disappointing and frustrating to have invested in a product, only to have it malfunction within a short period and then be left completely in the dark by the company's customer service team. A one-year warranty should mean that customers can rely on the manufacturer's support when issues like this arise, but my experience has shown that this company is not committed to honoring its warranty.The product itself also leaves much to be desired. While they initially provided decent audio quality, the fact that one of the earbuds stopped working within such a short time reflects poorly on their durability and overall quality.I strongly advise against purchasing these earbuds or any products from this company. The lack of response from customer service and the subpar product quality make for a highly unsatisfactory experience. I'm left feeling frustrated and regretful about my purchase decision.In summary, I would not recommend these earbuds or this company to anyone. Save your money and invest in a more reputable product with reliable customer support. This has been a disappointing and disheartening experience, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering this product.

The seller mentioned Cable, Protective Case, Charging Case, Wireless Charging Station, Ear Cushions are included in the box,when i ordered them but when I received them there are no such thingsThe below mentioned points are my personal thoughts.2. The buds are not comfortable at all rather they are bulky and very thick (don't provide a good fit)3.
