Mine never worked. Sent it back. Seemed like it was maybe used and returned before I got it. Probably for the same reason. didn't seem well made either but didn't expect much for the price but I did expect it to function.

Every bag sealed with this reinflated. I bought a ZipLock sealer from the grocery, no issues.

Broke after 3 months.

Gave as a christmas gift it works well.

What a cheap piece of junk! Don't bother to waste your money. I got the one I bought to seal on one of the three bags I tried, but it never vacuumed. Could it be human error? Who knows? The directions are written in such a poor translation of English, there is no point in referring to them for trouble shooting.

I am revising my product review. I originally thought this was a great product and gave it 4 stars, but after a month of sporadic use it is practically useless. It only manages to vacuum out all of the air about 1 in 6 times, and most of the time when it starts to seal, it releases air back into the bag. Thought I'd save some money and get a decent product, but I got exactly what I paid for, and I now have to buy a new vacuum sealer. This conveniently lasts just long enough for your return period to lapse and you decide "I can safely throw the box out since it seems to work." I can do a better job of sealing my food in a standard zip top freezer bag.

I had been looking for a low-cost sealer after seeing all of these advertisements for the competitors product on basically every channel on television. I gave this a try and couldn't help but notice how "cheap" this felt. The directions are a mess, but I eventually figured it out. The vacuum area in this is so tiny that the smallest mistake results in a wasted bag. Also, the heat strip often melts the bag and only seals the thinnest amount, not a nice clean 1/8 inch seal like the major brand. I returned this and found a deal on a refurbished major brand one for the same price and couldn't be happier. This product is cheap and not well made.

This appears to vacuum and seal and then within a few minutes, you can actually watch the sealed bag take in air and expand. There is no difference when using store bought bags.
