The adhesive shreds.
I tried to use these a few time but each time I had the same problems. The adhesive patch shreds when you remover them. If I was able to get one out of the packaging the bead fell off or it folder over.

They’re ok, they just don’t stay on for longer than a day
I think the ear seeds work well, but they often fall off easily. The instruction manual is difficult to follow; I mainly use them for anxiety/sleep and I just use google images for placement. The Shen Men is most helpful for anxiety and stress for me, which is located in the hollow of the inter ear. There is a learning curve for placement, but I think that’s with any type of ear seeds.
