Like my headline says, I fell in love with this easy style at a local boutique. The price was $36 there, and the green dress I bought was so comfortable that I had to have it. I then went back and got a purple one, and the boutique had no other colors. I am a teacher and these are perfect for work as they hit me at the knee (I am 5'1; my 5'6 best friend tried the same dress on and it hit her hips!). Desperate for more, I took my search online. This brand seems to be a wholesale distributor for boutiques and I was a little shocked to see it on Amazon in the $20-25 range! I ordered the black color for an upcoming family photo session and I can verify it is the same exact brand and style as my boutique-purchased dresses. I am a size 14 and the large is perfect, but the dress is smooth and may show lumps and bumps. Make sure your bra is full-coverage so any spillover isn't seen. I also choose to wear some light shapewear underneath, but that is optional. The pockets are great, too! This is a great foundational piece - you could add leggings, a long necklace (what I usually do), a belt, or a scarf! I can't wait to purchase the 3/4 sleeve version! I have attached a picture of the green dress that I originally bought. These are now my go-to weekend dresses.

Item arrived today, as promised. It has substantial weight and a very nice swing to it. The style is very flattering and the fabric drapes nicely. I marked "fits a expected" because I took the advice of many reviewers and chose one size down from my usual. I am 5ft tall and on the plump side. The tunic/dress comes down to just above the knees. There is one observation that I seem to be making quite frequently on my purchases from Amazon and that is that the color is lighter on the monitor than what I see before me in person. The dress I received is a more vibrant grrenish blue, which is, I guess, why it's called jade: whereas, the color I perceived on the screen is a more blueish shade similar to turquoise.

I probably should have ordered a Medium. My measurements are 5'6", 37 x 31 x 40. It's a cute dress though, I'll still wear it, even though it's a little too drapey. I love knit dresses with pockets - it's like wearing the most comfortable stretchy t-shirt.

I love this dress. I bought it in two other colors. I'm chubby, but this hides a lot, is comfy, and fitted at the top so that it doesn't just hang like a sack. I love the rayon fabric. But I notice it's handwash, so I'll report back with how it holds up. Also like having a pocket for my phone.

I've stayed away from this style of dress because I didn't think it would do much for my small, straight frame, so I decided to take a shot on a relatively cheap one. I was pleasantly surprised and I love the color. After a few washes, it hangs slightly funny (like longer on the sides) and the pockets are not terribly useful, but it's a fun dress that I can wear to work or on the weekends.

This has to be the ugliest thing I've ever ordered online. It's going back. Got the pink. It's completely see-through and looks like two trash bags sewn together. Ordered a medium. I'm 5'6" 130 pounds and I can wrap the dress around myself twice.

Even for a dress that isn't meant to hug curves, I anticipated more form flattery than what this dress delivered. There was a hole in one of the pockets. The whole dress seems poorly constructed and the fabric is soft but very thin. I'll keep it to knock around the house in, but I won't buy from this brand again.

It would have looked cute if it fit. I am 5'6 and I got a large. It was a top, not a tunic. I would consider this an average to long top. Also the sleeves dug into my arms.
