The maximum support of the product is 9kg, but the alienware aw3420dw monitor I used was only 6.8kg, which resulted in sagging due to the weak connector

After 2 weeks of use this is my exp so far, this is cheaply made, the lights are bad, the stand doesnt hold position and the monitor starts to tilt down no matter how hard i tighten it, im using a 27inch aw2721d alienware monitor , its also made of some cheap cast pot metel, i talked to support and they sent photos admitting there are issues but still sell them anyway XD avoid this brand, you have been warned folks dont fall for it like i did just because it looks cool in the pictures.
