Is this the same j&j reach floss from the past? i see they rereleased reach as listerine floss, too.

NO, This is NOT J&J Reach Dental Floss, which used to be. J&J moved their Reach Dental Floss name to Listerine Floss few years ago (renamed)/rebranded) in 2015. Now J&J sells it under "Johnson and Johnson, Listerine, Formally REACH Floss" clearly stated / printed on their (J&J) new packaging. Simply this is NOT J&J. In the new packaging you can see their US Patent no and Proctor & Gamble details also. This is a COPY!

Is it really pfas free? where on the box does it state that?

I don't see that claim on the packaging either, but their marketing materials claim "pfas free".

Is this floss harmful to teeth?

Since the floss is waxed, it is easier to slide between tight teeth. I do not find it harmful at all.
