Cheesecake pan
I bought the 10” cheesecake pan. I didn’t have a pan big enough to put the cheesecake pan in a water bath while cooking the cheesecake.So I rested it over a pan with the boiling water in it.Cheese cake came out moist without any crakes! Perfect!

My go to pan for making cheesecakes
Beware, these are not dishwasher safe. It says to hand wash but my friend who I made a cheesecake for didn’t know and it took off the finish. I can still use it but I line the bottom with parchment paper.

Do not put in dishwasher!
Used one time. Washed in dishwasher and the pieces became discolored and the texture changed. Very disappointed. Would not recommend!

Worked great for no bake cheesecake!
I haven't tried to bake in these yet but they appear as if they would hold liquid batter well. They're definitely far superior to other ones I've owned which leak liquid batter too easily. The no bake peanut butter cheesecake I made in these came out amazingly. The sides are high so I overlined then with parchment paper and butter then made a thick oreo crust no bake peanut butter cheesecake with a thick chocolate ganache topping and oreos to finish. I would recommend!

The best I have ever tried
These pans are taller then most all other springform pans I have one of these and ordered a second one because I love making cheese cakes with this pan being taller it makes it where then cheese cake does not turn brown on top. You can also have thicker cheese cakes or just thicker crusts depending on your preference I bake all my cheese cakes in a pan of hot water and this pan with the way it is designed there is never a issue with leaking

Works Well for Larger Cheesecake
I purchased this pan to use for a cheesecake recipe that calls for 4 8ounce packages of cream cheese. The cake plus topping is rather tall, and this pan is just right for baking and storing. The springform feature works well for cheesecake plus the bottom lip is security for the unlikely possibility of a drip from the crust.
