These are lovely and cool. It did get quite warm whilst I was battling a fever, however, I put this to one side and it cooled down, and was such a relief when I put it back under my head! Good quality with an excellent price.

Worked perfectly the 1st night, with the heat it was the best night's sleep in a long time, but after that had to put it in the fridge as it didn't go cool again, (although it says doesn't need refrigeration.) That doesn't distract from the amazing feeling of cool this gives.

These are great in alot of ways ,Good size and thickness.Strong and very cool.Helps with headache , nose bleeds and keeps you cool

I put it under my bedsheet, it's very cold to start with but after a couple of hours seems to absorb my heat and hold it. It's ok most of the time but really irritating and unhelpful during the new hot summers we're having. I tend to start off with it on the bed and get frustrated and pull it off during the night.Mine hasn't leaked and I move it around quite a lot. I'm 5'10 and it covers me from shoulders to top of my legs, so it's a decent size. Comfy to lay on. Not sure I'd buy it again due to it holding heat, not really effective for a full night during hot summer.

Absolute rubbish. Stays cool for a couple of minutes, tops.I brought this for my feet, so moving from outside to inside of the pad gets a little extra time, but after that it's as warm as anything else.

As HGV driver the last couple of weeks has been ridiculous hot in the cab and trying to sleep on night time has been very hard till I tried this cooling matt and I managed to get 9 hours sleep and it was still cool when I wakeup.Well worth the buy.

This has been an absolute god send during the heatwave, I’m 33 weeks pregnant and really struggling with sleeping. I bought this in the hope it can keep me a little cooler. Although it says it doesn’t need to go in the fridge/freezer, I’ve found this is the best way to keep it cooler for longer. I’ve popped it in the fridge for a few hours then tucked it under my sheet when I got into bed. Much more effective than a fan. It is a little weird laying on it even with the sheet over the top but it’s worth it for the cooling effect

Good size cool pads. The great thing with these is that you don't need to put them into the fridge or freezer. They are great to put into your bed before you get in. I put one inside the pillow case , so it's under your head. Really useful during the heatwave we are having.
