BubbleBlooms Stapelia gigantea, Giant Starfish Flower, Rare Huernia, Zulu Carrion Giant Plant, 4 inch Pot

Two photos in this review. The smaller flower is after 3 months during the fall. The larger flower is one year later in the fall. (15months total from purchase).I have owned these before and are exceptionally easy to grow. They will generally bloom the first rain of spring (occasionally) but guaranteed to bloom (if happy) during the fall. You can trick it to bloom at different times of the year by heavily watering morning and evening.Grows pretty quickly. At the time of purchase it only had 4 “fingers”. It’s over flowing the pot now and has already had about 6 blooms in the past month. Plant came in healthy and well packed. The bloom is very large and beautiful, but smells like death. Do NOT keep inside while it’s in its flowering cycle. You’ll come home and the house will smell like rotting meat. It is not carnivorous, but uses flys as the pollinators. It’s pretty bizarre and you’ll enjoy it. Also easy to propagate. Very similar to a succulent.

Came at a real nice package with the soil intact great little plant.

I was shocked at n how small this plant was… doesn’t match any of the images…. You can find this in any plant store for under $10 …for what they are charging, it’s a rip off.

Ordered 4 cacti, all look better than the pick. Packaging was best I’ve ever seen.

My plant hasn't bloomed yet, but is growing very nicely. I do have to water it twice a week rather than only once as the instructions stated though. I look forward to seeing it bloom!

I am very happy with my plant. It came well wrapped and healthy. Can't wait for it to bloom.

The first plant was not in good shape but I reached out to the seller and they made it right. They sent me a replacement and it arrived quickly!Will definitely purchase again
