Purchased a set, came back and bought two more. These are exactly as described and very functional. They're sturdy and support the furniture, in my case, heavy Pulaski high-boy chests that are really heavy. Figure your total item's weight and divide by four. That's the leg support metric you're looking for. These are a solid choice. I recommend them.

I have a coffee table that I wanted to add casters to, but adding normal casters made it unstable, and I was on the verge of giving up until I discovered these, and was absolutely amazed at how perfect a solution they are. Adding them was effortless thanks to the screw hole in the center, and they are incredible stable and easy to use, rolling nicely over both my rug and laminate. My only complaint: I think the orange-colored wheels are garish and ugly. That issue aside, I am very happy with these!

Makes moving furniture easy, however you have to be carefully transitioning from hard floor to rug, the rollers can slip off the foot of the furniture

These small Dollie’s are very useful. I needed to shuffle a baby grand piano around a room so I could refinish the flooring and these worked very well. The piano is around 600 lb. And these had no issue with that. I this these should be in everyone’s garage just in case.

Unfortunately, these dollies failed, completely, to live-up to the parameters for which they are indicated. When used on a stove weighing no more than 300 lbs, one if these dollies collapsed, immediately, and three out of four collapsed within one week.I'm, now, hesitant to order the ones rated to a 300 lb. capacity. When the first one failed, I attempted to call the company for customer support. Fortunately for me it was after hours which allowed me to find out that there wasn't an issue with one of these but with the product, as a whole.

I'm not sure about the negative reviews. I purchased several sets of the Wen version, and the comparable Shepherd version. I like both for different reasons. The Wen are physically larger and all around heavier duty. The steel is thicker, the wheels are larger and wider. Just all around larger and beefier. If used for the intended purpose of as low profile casters they will work well. That said, if you need the smallest possible version of these with the lowest clearance (height) the Shepherd version is the way to go.I was loyal to Shepherd until the price nearly doubled since the last time I ordered them. The current price on the Shepherd is silly and downright insulting. So for now I'm switching to the Wen version.

Heavy duty weight capacity, rolls great, functions great, good value.

This item works great on a totally flat surface. Unfortunately we were moving furniture from a condo to a villa and had to deal with the gap in the elevator. Also a brick sidewalk to the villa.If you have heavy furniture this would work very well IF you down have to go over a threshold or any bumps whatsoever.Again if you are moving from one room to another OR every floor is smooth than these are the rollers for you. I wanted to return them but the husband said no. We used them even if they didn’t work for what we needed them to do. If we use them again we will use straps to hold the roller in place ☺️
