I have wanted one of these Mops for months. I love the Bona hard surface cleaner. I've been using the cleaner with a different mop. It works fine but I have to keep wringing it out and rinsing it. This would have made things a lot easier. I watched a couple videos on how to put the new Mop together. Seemed simple enough. So everything goes together fine but the joint between the top handle and middle one would not slide together. I noticed there was a mark around the connection hole. My husband checked it out with a flashlight and the joint is rusted as far as he was able to see. That is what I was seeing too .Then I realized the mop had not come in the same box that was being shown on the video. It came in a brown cardboard box that was plain with no directions and was taped down the length and the ends were taped down all the way around. This dealer had to know that he was sending out a Mop that had already been returned by a different buyer. I think that is a rotten thing to do. Now I have to tape this thing together and send it back. There again, I certainly will not buy anything from him again, I will go to a hardware store to buy.After I wrote this the company called me and listened to what was wrong and agreed with me. They acknowledged it wasn't working correctly. Within 3 days a brand new mop arrived on my doorstep. Wow! That's taking good care of your customer. It was easy to put together and I like it very much. If there is a spill I just grab it and it's taken care of in no time. I like this brand.

This mop is AWESOME!!! I will NEVER buy another Swiffer product EVER AGAIN! BONA is not only easy to use it cleans beautifully! My floors look amazing and there's no stupid battery to mess with. There's no harsh smell and whether it's for wood or tile, your floors will be clean and beautiful@

Finally, a system that allows you to use your own cleaning solution. I get frustrated with Swifter since I'm required to use their disposable non replaceable bottles. They, among other similar products, force you to use their overpriced support accessories. They cannot be reused. Kudos for this product. I can use their refillable reusable bottles with my own cleaning solutions. The pads are also reuseable and clean easily in the washer. It does a great job of cleaning even dirty or dried in messes. Quality of the product is good. It's sturdy and reliable. I will continue to support this company

Bona works great on LVP floors. The only thing is there is a little much water and you can't really wring the pad out. But other than that I do like it Swivel head works good and it is lightweight. Good value for the money.

I have a small cleaning business and have struggled to find a mop that works 100%I would love this mop 85/100Other then having to either ring out the mop head often as it sire d9es collect all the dust and dirt on your floor. Definitely buy extra mop heads, it picks up everything. I love this and so do my clients. Do your digging. Read reviews. I was very happy with this product

Great weight to the mop not like the cheaper ones that stop spraying in 1 mth. The product cleaner is great as well. Very cleansing and odor free.
