Neo 4L 80W Oscillating Air Ice Water Evaporative Mini Portable Cool Cooler Fan Remote (White)

The performance of this machine is far and away the best fan/humidifier I have ever owned, the 70w+ fan is fantastic and even on the lowest speed provides a very cool stream of air that goes far further than I expected, on the highest speed it is just incredible. I have not had to use the cooling/humidifying function yet but if it is anything like the cold air function it will be great, and the provided ice blocks having freeze gel in them makes the freezing process so much faster, the remote control for all but one function is perfect. The only downside that I have found is the vertical adjustment has to be done manually, but that is a small inconvenience if, like me, you are almost or completely bedridden and to be honest once they are adjusted to suit your needs it should not be necessary to adjust them again. I have to admit that when I first saw the height of the unit I was concerned that the cooling air flow would be below my bed level and I would not have got any benefits from it, I need not have worried as it doesn’t matter as long as you adjust the vertical louvers to direct the air upwards slightly and the swing motion of the horizontal Louvre is done by remote. Overall this is a 10/10 for me, and I got it at a bargain price.

Life saver ! It’s prefect ! Quite loud but most coolers and fan are loud so it’s not an issue. It cools down room well. Great value for money! Perfect size and looks quite sturdy. Have been using it nos stop for 3 days now and I don’t have any complaints. I’m thinking of getting one more for downstairs.

Worked for about a month and a half, then all but one fan became faulty with hardly any airflow, and it started leaking from the front wheels. If you're looking for a short term cooler for 1 to 2 months, then this is alright. Not good for long term/heavy usage. Tried to contact seller for a refund/replacement but couldn't get through.

It states quiet but it's slightly noisy have to raise volume on tv to 23 from 10

This air cooler is average as per quality of throwing air and cooling. I am posting this review after 1 year I buy this previous year I get this cheaper in other well-known brands I am trying to return this product but from seller side that's too many formalities and not good response so I am using this product but I am not suggesting this to any one because the seller want you to pay for return postage.its leaking from back side I am sending them video they tell me return unused if you not use the product how you know the fault so please buy from a well known brand

Good for the price bit noisy and not really effective in hot weather anything over 25 Degree Celsius or 77 Fahrenheit.

We are really enjoying how efficient and effective this wonderful water cooler is. Easy to use and even has a little remote which is great!

Don’t forget this isn’t an air conditioning unit. It’s a fan that cools the air it’s blowing a little so is better than an ordinary fan. I like it it takes the edge off a hot room. The seller is good but they used Hermes for delivery not a wise move as they are unreliable and give false information too often. I received bad service from them and got refund from Amazon and ordered again from neo and Hermes tried to deliver two of the units one was the missing unit. Just the usual rubbish service.
