Q: Hello, I recently purchased community coffee and some of the coffee cups explode in the coffee maker. Is there a defect on those?

It's 2021 and we have had that issue with the last 2 boxes of my husband's CC dark roast. It's awful and takes quite a while to get it cleaned out, only to happen again a day or two later. I've noticed those cups have coffee grounds seemingly stamped onto the foil around the edge. I use a different brand of coffee and do not have this issue. Lids are clean.

Q: How does this compare to Dark Magic? I find nothing better.

Well, I guess it’s a matter of opinion...you know like noses, everybody has one, and they all smell. :-/. Personally, I think they are very very close. But if I could only have one or the other, I’d probably go with Dark Magic. But since I can have both, I keep them both in my pod rack and go back and forth when I want to. ;-)
