very useful kit
Good kit. It comes with a mini towel, a towel bag, a green resistance band, and a jumping rope. The jumping rope is like a universal size one. But you can adjust the size by pulling the jumping wire through a hole, and securing it with a screw (see the pic). The resistance band has good stretch to it, and you can double it up. The towel itself is soft. I washed it first though - and I recommend you to do that too. Everything came in a useful portable bag. Loving it

Comfortable bag that contains basic set for the perfect work out. The bag has pockets for storing keys, money, ect.. The towel is smooth and comfy. great bundle.
