I needed a pc with just the basics and as cheap as I could find. I was a little sceptical about purchasing a refurbed pc but I am very happy with it, so far. Arrived very well packaged. Easy to set up and install everything. All works as expected. Very good quality for the price.

Ordered Friday arrived Sunday. Had pre-empted by buying a WiFi Dongle as well from another Amazon supplier. A MASSIVE box arrived with a smaller box inside (big enough). Inside was the computer, which had a small enough desktop size to put on my table/desk, a 21" wide screen monitor and it's clip on stand, and a wired keyboard and a wired mouse. I had a spare Bluetooth mouse so I put it's tiny dongle in. All the power cables and monitor cables were there. Set up took about 15min. Everything was in VG condition. Had to install the WiFi dongle because one never came with it (Haha....I knew 😂 ). Pressed the button.....Bingo....screen on and booted very quickly into Windows 11 Pro. Downloaded Google Chrome (I hate Microsoft Edge) and away I went. Watched a footy match in good resolution on the Sunday. For it's price a very good buy. A years guarantee is very useful. If the computer lasts me a year I'll be happy. The computer box frame said Intel i3, but checking in Settings (About tab) it is indeed an Intel i5 with 8Gb Ram. Plenty fast for internet or printing. Very good value for a fast enough computer for daily use, if you have space for it's 21 inch monitor and screen. Buy yourself a cheap WiFi USB Dongle with a couple of antenna rather than expect a dongle. Surprisingly good if you have the desktop space.

I only received the " tower", I didn't receive the 21.5 inch monitor or the keyboard or mouse!!

Its compact, but I don,t like the DVD holder on the side. End up with it not functioning properly

I gave this a 5star, I was in two minds about the exact description of the windows version compared to several version from the same manufacturer , one windows 10 one windows 11 enabled/activated over internet. When I opened the box the paper instructions said windows 10 pro but when I switched it on it was Windows 11 pro from the very start. I am actually over the moon with this as a desktop (under ) workstation for household tasks and communication. The latest version of windows mail works without several swear words that happened in my old version 7 upgraded to 10 machine.

PC setup in 20 min, switch on and bootup quite and quickly, only thing missing is internet usb dongle. Apart from that PC setup and condition wonderful. I will recommend this seller to those who want to buy PC.
