Very bad production. Performance worse then similar items sold locally

This is the worst kind of Bluetooth head phone I have come across on Amazon.Battery hardly gives 7 hours of talk time.It does not play any audio from mobile be it MP3 songs or YouTube Video!!In short it does not work as advertised here.Don't buy it.

Poor after sales service

Vibez wireless neck earphones worked well for a few days. Thereafter microphone stopped working. I lodged a complaint since it had one year warranty. I replied to their email but no response. Tried to call their number which is invalid now. Don't know, whom to approach.

Headphone enhances the phone volume which is not a recurring feature in other brands. Its light weight which is a plus. Extra ear buds are very useful. All in all a good buy. Easy bluetooth connectivity.
