This is my first incursion into Indian food. The product is very easy to use, and the directions on the packaging are very easy to understand and extremely simple to follow. These dishes practically made themselves. Bold and pleasant flavors. Dishes made in mere minutes, especially when using a pressure cooker (not required at all), which infuses the protein with these wonderful flavors. I also liked that these flavors will marry well with the protein of your choice and vegetables.My husband wouldn’t stop hovering around the kitchen giving me all kinds of praise for my cooking, until I showed him the box — but he still gave me credit. 🤣I just find it a little pricey + s/h but all being said, it was worth it.My honest opinion: OUTSTANDING!
