Fantastic flour stirrer for making dough
My wife got this for me for making bread. I have adamantly avoided all the TV ads for "spurtles" as they just looked ridiculous to me but this one is not those. I have jar scraper spatulas that I use for scraping down my sourdough starter jars that I love and this is similar but this is strong for stirring as well. I used this for the first times in the past week. Yesterday was the first time I mixed my flour and water for the autolyse step using the spurtle. I usually mix it with my hands wearing vinyl gloves but those add to the cost of the bread. I'm finicky about having the dough on my hands and my hands on the dough but I know it's just me. But even with my hands, it is a challenge to get the flour all wet and ready to rest. The flour gathers at the bottom of the bowl and I have to pull the wet part open to try to get it to take up more of the dry flour - if you bake any bread by hand you know this frustration. But when I mixed with the spurtle, using the spurtle to scrape the sides of the bowl down into the bottom, I was stunned at how fast the flour and water all mixed, leaving no dry flour on the sides or the bottom of the bowl and no flour on my hands and my hands not in the flour - who needs gloves when you have this particular spurtle? I immediately asked my wife to order a couple more of these. I don't know why; I guess in case one breaks but that doesn't seem likely to happen, either. This is the best tool in my kitchen for making bread including sourdough. It doesn't do every step, no tool does, but this does the things it does better than any other tools in my kitchen do the things those other tools do.

Great utensils
Good quality well made wooden utensils. These elongated spoon/scoops make cooking and serving a doddle. Slightly pricey, but worth it.

Beautiful and functional Dough Whisk
Excellent product. I was looking for a non-metal dough mixing tool, and I found this Dough Whisk. Not only is it 100% made of wood, but it's also easy to use and looks super attractive. The 13-inch handle gives you a very good grip and leverage. Most definitely will recommend to whoever needs a great dough whisk.

Easy to clean
Much easier to clean than a Dutch dough whisk and looks lush. Great length, lovely quality.
