Lovely wee plant only problem no sign of the leaves coming

Would give 0 stars if I could. Didn't realise I was paying for a mouldy branch and a cheap, tacky piece of plastic. Groot (which is about an inch big) looks like something you'd get out of a kinder egg, and the 2.5 inches of 'tree stump' is mouldy on both ends. It's cheap and tacky, and basically just tat.

Took a while to come and their were no instructions on how to water. Loved the figure that came with the plant.

I did receive the lucky wood and my little groot to put on top of it. Does anyone know how long it takes to actually get some greenery on it?

Googled care instructions. Gave one to my daughter and kept the other for myself. Despite nurturing both of them, neither of them produced shoots and just got mouldy. Very disappointed.

I put it upside down at first not realising it was the wrong way. After about a couple weeks of it being the right way around, it started to sprout. From there every day there's progress! I just sit it in a tray of water which I change and refresh weekly and have it near the window. As I work 45 hours per week, my curtains are mostly closed and only open 3 days per week but it has still grown!

Been waiting for a couple months for it to bloom nothing has happened. Wasted money
