Tedious Assembly/Worthwhile Product
This is a 3 tiered (it is possible to use the "shelf" on the bottom, making this 4 tier, but I don't know that it was designed for that), drying rack with 2 swinging arms at the very top. The 3 tiers fold down for storage and each side operates independently of the other, making this very versatile. The entire unit is made of lightweight aluminum rods and plastic parts, so it is very lightweight. The wheels on the bottom make this very easy to maneuver. The price of $40 is about right. This rack can hold a lot of clothing! Either lying flat, draped over the rods or hung by hangers. If you wanted to use this outdoors, that is possible (easy to roll outside onto a patio or deck), but I wouldn't recommend leaving it outside. This unit is very tall! I stand 5'3", and this is way taller than I am. It would be possible, if desired, to not install the top or middle tier and bring it down in height.I had not planned on this being as large as it is. I was going to tuck it into a closet (I do not have a laundry room), but it is way too tall for that. I also did not think it would be as wide as it is. It's good for drying clothes, and I do like it, but I'm struggling to find a place to store it out of the way in my small condo. The one thing that was the greatest aggravation (and the loss of one star) was the assembly. This unit comes in a LOT of small parts. Working by myself, it took me an hour to assemble. The most irritating thing about assembling this is that there are so many rods - and there are something like 4 different sizes. A couple of the rods are immediately recognizable to be a different size and working with those was easy. However, the only difference between 2 of the sizes was that one size rod is just slightly shorter than the other. And there are more than 20 total rods to sort through! There is a letter on the plastic that contains the rods, but if you miss that (as I did), this can be a bit frustrating to figure out. I eventually did, and had to take apart a couple of pieces to reassemble with the correct rods. That was tedious, and where I spent most of the time to put this thing together. I think this is what I think happened to the folks who have stated the rods and tubes were too small. It is important to have plenty of space to spread out and carefully identify all the parts - and don't get the rods mixed together! (As I did!)Overall, this seems to be a fairly strong, moveable drying rack with enough space for me to use. It is far taller and wider than I was expecting, but it works and there is a possibility for me to shorten it. Assembly was tedious and frustrating, but once it all came together, I liked the final product.IMPORTANT NOTE: Unlike a lot of other items that require assembly, this unit does NOT come with the tools you will need to tighten the screws. You will need to have a Phillips screwdriver, at the very least to assemble.

Broken part “E” so I can’t use one rack - Updated Review
I was disappointed to find one part E defective, and I’m hoping to receive a replacement part so I can complete assembly. Although there are no actual written instructions included, all components are well labeled and packaged separately in sealed plastic bags. If you lay out the packages and look at the diagram it is easy to see how to assemble. The metal and plastic are good quality and go together nicely. The casters are also good quality and feature locks on 2 wheels. It does take some patience to assemble, but worth it. I really hope the seller sends me a part “E” so I can use the whole rack. Then I would say it is a 5 star product.Updated to five stars. Seller responded to my query about the defective part E and sent a replacement rack right away. The rack holds a full load of laundry perfectly, and the wheels have proven to be very sturdy while rolling from the laundry room to an adjacent room. The whole thing is very stable while fully loaded, which I very much appreciate over the little wooden flimsy rack it has replaced.

Awesome drying rack!
Today's gym and moisture-wicking clothes are much better off dried on the clothes line, but that's not always possible. I needed a nice rack where I could dry those things - or anything else - indoors. This rack is everything I could have wanted, and then some. It arrived quickly. I was a bit dismayed at all the parts but it really was quite easy to assemble. The only thing I would wish for was an instruction sheet that labeled things a bit bigger, for those of us with older eyes. This rack is incredibly light but amazingly sturdy. It moves easily on wheels, making it perfect to pull next to the washing machine to fill and then out of the way so everything can dry. When you're done drying, just fold the 'wings' down and it tucks nicely up against a wall. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to avoid putting their clothes in a dryer - or who just wants an available alternative.

Versitle, rolls easily
I love the versatility of this clothes drying rack, lots of hanging spaces and shelves for drying different size garments and other items. It is light weight, rolls very easily, and the shelves fold down for storage.Because it is light weight, it seems a bit flimsy so I'm concerned about it holding up over time. Also, the rods on the shelves come out easily and have to be put back in. I'm thinking about taping them in place. Otherwise, I like it very much.

This rack, is poor quality, and proved to be extremely frustrating.
The rack took about an hour or more to assemble with two of us working together on it. It would be almost impossible to assembly by one person. It's a wonderful idea, to have all of the rods for hanging clothes, and such on. However, it does not hold up at all. By that I mean that after using it about 4 times, the rods just wouldn't stay in either side as they should. They keep falling out, many times with no one or nothing touching them, even after my trying to push each in thoroughly again. I've tried other means to keep the rods connected in the side holes and nothing works. I'm extremely disappointed to pay the purchase price I paid and not have a satisfactory laundry hanging solution. I would really like a refund.

do not buy – rod/tube pieces too short to work
At first glance this looks like a fabulous clothes drying rack/ironing rack. It appeared to be so versatile. But trying to put it together was impossible. The shelf "wings" that could be in the horizontal position or the vertical position have tubes that are not the right length. They were actually different links. And know all the arms they had to fit into on the two uprights wear the same distance so it wasn't like there was a shorter rack on top or bottom. I tried everything. You can see in the first picture the difference in the lengths. The tubing was actually 2 inches short in some cases. No amount of hammering or finagling would get these tubes into the arms and onto the rack to be usable. I had to return it because it was useless. No quality control whatsoever. Too bad because it looked great in the photos. I DID email their customer service but to this date, NO REPLY from them.
