Fantastic pan. Had my reservations not knowing the brand and not a lot of reviews. However, I am not disappointed at all! Cooks beautifully, and cleans up like new, even when food is cooked onto it well. A quick soak and off comes the mess. Highly recommend.

It was worth waiting literally long years to buy it. I could never justify paying $80 this whole time for one of these babies but persistence paid off!! I am on limited means. But I thought.. What the heck?!?Time to buy what I would really love thats useful, just for myself, and also motivate me on my weight loss journey I love the fact is stainless steel, ample spacious size, and high quality. I don't care if it is a little heavy weight. I will make it work. Maybe by using a corner for a meat tenderizer and gain some arm muscles. I am serious about changing my eating habits for the rest of my life. I can see this pan lasting just as long maybe. So, I bought it. Because I want to grill all my meats with a variety of veggies. It looks easy to clean and scratch resistant with high shine. I am very excited to try it off the first time this weekend. I may have to buy more pieces to match from this seller if I can lol This was one of my best buys on this site!! Thanks Amazon and Tramonia!! It is a beautiful pan. Wow ! Just Wow ! My first task for this pan was 3# of thick-cut, applewood smoked bacon on a propane gas stove. Zero sticking ! Bacon came out perfect. When I was done cooking, the pan looked scary... But then I then poured off the grease, added two cups of water and 2 Tbs of white vinegar to the pan while still on the stove on low, and using a wooden spatula, in under 30 seconds, everything broke free. I then simply washed with soapy water and a regular sponge and in seconds the pan looked like I had just taken it out of the box ! Love it ! I bought this to replace my Berndes 11" square pan (that did serve me well, however...) and it is amazing ! My Brendes lasted me about 4 years which is good, but this 11" square pan will probably outlast me...
