The media could not be loaded. This is great helmet from BBB. Normally I stick to the one brand that I trust for the mointainbike but I couldn’t pass up the chance to give this one a try and I’m glad I did. The helmet looks really good especially in the Matt black, the removable peak looks good and does a good job giving a little shade over the eyes from the sun. I’m a size 58cm helmet and opted for the medium which fits me perfectly. The inner mips system allows the helmet to roll slightly in the event of an accident which is meant to improve safety and I for one am up for a little improved safety but hopefully something I’ll never need to test properly. The rear fastening mechanism locks well in place and does come loose when off road and being bounced around which is good. The mechanism can be slid higher or lower to fit your head better and has a reasonable range of motion on it to make comfortable for most people. The chin strap is easily adjusted underneath and under the ears using the sliding plastic pieces which are very easy to move. The rear of the helmet hides a small mount for lights to be fitted either BBB’s own lights or anything else you may find with a clip that fits. Lovely additional feature that fitting. I love the helmet but have one small criticism that’s not enough of a problem to remove a star but worth a mention as future upgrade. The front vets are open and personally I prefer helmets with a lining to keep the wasps out. Where I cycle it’s not the first or last time I’ve found larger buzzing insects stuck in the front of the helmet and it’s just nicer if they can make their way back out when you apply the brakes. As I said it’s not a huge issue just worth a mention. Definite 5 star helmet for me.

Seems like a good helmet but, compared to my other helmets, very uncomfortable fit on my head. My male pattern baldness may play its part but doesn’t with my other helmets

Although I haven’t had a crash with this helmet yet (hopefully I won’t have to), I have based this reviews on comfort, durability, aesthetics and quality. Here are my thoughts after a week of cycling with this helmet.Firstly, this helmet is very comfortable, in fact, I found it to be more comfortable than my previous helmet, which was about half the price of this one. I love how it practically moulds to the shape of my head. The interior offers some cushioning so that the material isn’t so harsh on your head. However, the exterior of he helmet is very tough and durable, and I’m sure that in the case of an unfortunate crash (god forbid) will leave a dent on the floor rather than on your head. It also doesn't feel heavy so won't leave your head feeling imbalanced.I love that you can attach a visor which can help reduce sunlight glare, allowing you to cycle a lot more safety and help in reducing your risk of a crash due to improved vision on sunny days. It can also increase improve your protection and hence safety. I will also note that despite the helmets heavy duty attributes, it is also lightweight, once more adding to comfort.The interior also includes a mesh which makes the helmet breathable, but also helps in preventing insects from getting into the helmet and hence becoming a distraction. This helmet comes in a variety of styles and colours, I personally have the off white one and it’s awesome and stylish. Safety can now be a part of your outfit and hence you’ll be cycling in style. The back of the helmet also has the option to attach a compatible bike light, which is another important safety feature to have and consider.Overall, exceptional comfort and safety adjustability, 5 stars.Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

being just shy of £70, this is certainly in the premium price bracket, OK yes we are talking about protecting your skull, so it's not a huge amount to ask, but how much difference is there between this BHE-22T and their BHE-29B model which costs £42? I don't know the answer to that, they look almost identical to me.As a helmet, I have to admit that I love the design, the matte midnight blue / almost black finish looks great, for me it's fit really well, nice and comfy, a slightly wider neck strap would have been nice though, as I have a large Adams apple and I find some straps did in a little, and as you need to wear this securely you have to have the strap reasonably tight, so they can choke a little, but as I said that's just me, as it's nice and comfy on my head.As you can see in the description it has an adjustable twist at the back so you can tighten the head brim to get a good fit, and as the inner lining moves around a little (it's designed to do that), it doesn't get to scratchy during a find. It's very lightweight too, so after a while you hardly know you're wearing it (well if it wasn't of the neck strap).there's a slot at the back so you can add one of their lights or one of you own if it's small enough, apparently this bracket is removable, I couldn't see how to remove it, I applied a bit of force and it didn't budge, and didn't want to force it, as I'll be using it in situ anyway.so yes it's a lovely looking helmet, fits well and should protect your noggin, but let's hope you never find out!hope my review helped

Erst einmal getragen, aber im Vergleich zum alten tip top. Lässt sich gut tragen und sieht gut aus.

Der Helm an sich wirkt robust und gut verarbeitet. Die Belüftung ist gut, der Verschluss lässt sich einfach bedienen und die Polster erfüllen ebenso ihren Zweck. Nur die Befestigung des MIPS-Inlays sind sehr unangenehm. Darin verfangen sich längere Haare (auch wenn sie im Zopf sind) und beim absetzen reißt man sie sich damit dann aus. Kann ihn daher langfristig leider nicht nutzen, leider aber auch nicht mehr zurücksenden.Beim Helm meines Mannes sind diese Befestigungen deutlich angenehmer und besser „konstruiert“. Der Helm ist außerdem zwar leicht, aber sehr klobig.

Gefällt mir wirklich gut. Farbe ist wie abgebildet. Ist zwar als weiß beschrieben ist aber eher grau.

The helmet is very comfortable and seems to be protective. The only drawback for me was the age of the helmet I received which was already 2 years old.
