I have very small ears and I'm concerned that these may be uncomfortable. Does anybody have a size comparison?

I usually use Large. The medium basic kept sliding out my ear and making the sound, sound robotic. Small was too small. Large didn't fit well. I used the only Comply foam tips which come in Large and it sounds better now. If you have a small ears I recommend buying Small Comply foam tips on Amazon and then you will Love it. There is a basic Small tip but it's rubber and not foam. The foam seals the ears better.

Can the multipoint feature work on these buds paired with airpods pros on an apple phone?

Yup. It works. Extremely smooth when it comes to multipoint
