Good mattress covers
Can't comment on water resistance or ease of cleaning but they are soft and not noisy. They are sufficiently thin that we get to enjoy the mattresses we purchased without a thick pad interfering. We think we are going to purchase these mattress covers for all of our beds. Compared to the cost of Tencel mattress covers at the mattress store, they were very reasonably priced.

Terrific product!
I didn't reslize there wrre mattress protectors like this until I started researching them for a new memory foam mattress I purchased. These are waterproof, lightweight, breathable and soft...very remarkable! Who knew you could get excited about a mattress protector? Terrific product and speedy delivery!

High quality Tencel mattress cover
I recently bought a 12" gel foam mattresss and a adjustable bed. I needed a waterproof mattress cover to keep the mattress clean and dry. I couldn't decide between a regular cover or an encased mattress cover.After much research I decided on a regular waterproof mattress cover since it was easier to remove and replace if there were to be any incidents. I chose the Perlux Hypoallergenic Tencel cover. The Tencel is made from eucalyptus which makes a strong fabric that is also smooth and soft. I recommend that you research and find out all the benefits of Tencel.The mattress pad is not noisey at all, feels and sounds like a linen sheet. I can not hear any 'plastic" noise from it at all, even after washing. It fits snugly on my mattress and tucks in nicely under the edges. Being on top of a foam mattress, there is no added heat. I actually feel cool all night long which is good for me as I run hot.I plan on purchasing more to replace the noisey mattress covers that I have on the other beds in my home. I highly recommend the Perlux Tencel waterproof mattress cover.

Quality at a reasonable price
I am very pleased with these matress covers. I wanted something other than terry cloth that would keep cool. These are great! What's even better is the price! I found a similar cover in a local matress store that was $70!

Effective mattress enclosure
This product does what says it will do - AND - you do not know it is on your bed. No noise, no heat, - BUT, I confess that I also use a padded mattress protector (not enclosure) on top of this one. SO there is NO evidence of there being on the bed. I am happy with the product. (It was shipped quickly)

Great mattress cover
I purchased two of these from amazon after It was suggest to me that I buy a tencel mattress cover when I purchased my new bed from a leading bed company. The one they were trying to sell me was $150. Save yourself some cash and buy this one. Same material felt exactly like the one in the store. It doesn't feel plastic at all and you don't notice it when you are laying on the bed.

We have two twin xl to make a king. I ordered one mattress cover and found it to be comfortable without the noise of other waterproof covers.It's quite thin, not bulky like my previous cover. I ordered a second one for the second mattress. It is waterproof.
