Very beautiful book, written about the Scriptures of Beatitude. In loving and praying for All of Us in this World that we Share and live in.to walk a mile with your enemy and show love to conquer HATE in the World. Very inspiring and learning to be strong in Faith and Scripture.

Excellent correlation made by Archbishop Fulton Sheen between the beatitudes and the last 7 words of Christ on the cross! It is a good, short, and easy to read book for private meditation or class discussion. Never before reading this book had I made the connection between the Sermon on the Mount and the famous last words spoken by Christ before He died. Truly an eye opening book!

Lovely little meditations on the Beatitudes and the Seven Last Words by the premier Catholic apologist of the 20th century. Easy to read and digest like all of Fulton Sheen's work.

Vintage Bishop Sheen! This book will appeal to all those who remember his "Life is Worth Living" series on television back in the 50s. His cause for eventual sainthood has been submitted to the Vatican for review.

Good book. Bishop Sheen tries to relate the beatitude to the seven words from the cross.

I was unable to put the book down once I started reading. Some chapters touched me very very deeply and I can honestly say that reading this book changed my life and it came at a very needed moment in my life.
