Have bought this item a few times in the past and all have been good, this box of piping bags seem to be faulty, out of the 8 bags I have used this morning 3 have split while piping frosting

so far not had any splits and has handles fairly thick mashed potato. Can't comment re. cleaning as I dispopse of them - difficult re. the environment but probably less impact than trying to wash my old fabric type and then drying.
