So I was skeptical about seeing the reviews on here but I heard good things about this. I came across this from a barber, he drinks this to give him energy on his 12hr shifts and he recommended it. I can say it’s really good. I personally use this for energy to knock out homework as a student I see that it helps me have focus because of the energy. I will say I will try not to depend on this too much as you can build up a tolerance for caffeine. I like this because it doesn’t give me a hard crash and it’s way healthier than drinking energy drinks. The good this is that everything is micronized so for me it does kick in fast. I would recommend this for people with long shifts or students that need a boost. I also used this while working out and I didn’t feel a physical boost but a mental boost forsure. This might also be because of the lack of sleep I had while working out but I can see this as a prework out if you feel a little tired or sleepy. I definitely recommend to give it a try I have the peach lemonade and it’s pretty good not super sweet but sweet enough and I can tell there’s no crazy sugar in this.

Tengo 5 años usando esta marca y es la única que me gusta. No pica como las otras, te da bastante energía y hay variedad de sabores. Este sabor está horrible por cierto, y el color es verde radioactivo. No lo pediría de juego en este sabor pero igual, es el único pre que usare por siempre
